You confirm that you fully agree to pay the full total amount of the order before you initiate the payment operation. 2.4 THULE OUTDOOR LIMITED reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our platform at any time. If the actual selling price of a product is incorrectly displayed at an obviously unreasonably low value due to system technical failure or human operational error after you have completed the order payment, we will notify you within 3 working days of placing the order, and provide you with the option to cancel the order for a full 100% refund, or confirm the order at the correct normal product price. We will not unilaterally deduct any amount from your payment account without your explicit consent in such scenarios.

3. Order Confirmation, Processing and Shipping Terms

3.1 After you complete the payment operation for your selected order, our system will automatically send an order acknowledgement email to your registered contact email address. This email only serves to confirm that we have successfully received your order submission and payment information, and does not constitute a formal acceptance of your purchase contract. The formal sales contract between you and THULE OUTDOOR LIMITED is officially established only after we send you a formal order confirmation email to notify you that your ordered products have been picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
3.2 THULE OUTDOOR LIMITED will arrange the picking and packing process for your order according to the product inventory status, in line with the shipping service type you selected during checkout. We will strictly follow the timelines, delivery scope, and service standards specified in our official Shipping Policy to complete the delivery of your ordered items, and provide you with real-time parcel tracking information after dispatch. If your ordered product is out of stock unexpectedly and cannot be delivered within the agreed timeline, we will notify you in time and provide you with three alternative solutions: extend the waiting period appropriately, replace the product with an equivalent or higher-value product of the same category, or cancel the order to get a full refund.
